Ruby’s Pantry had a major drainage problem in their parking area. The soil was sandy, but the compaction of the soil surface and the fine nature of the sand prevented infiltration of runoff into the soil. Standing water was a major problem – sometimes up to 6 inches. TDA was placed under a reconstructed parking lot and a within a newly configured stormwater design.
